AA Quality Assessment 2026

It was a pleasure to welcome back our AA Hospitality Inspector for an overnight stay this week, to ensure we are maintaining the standards required for accreditation. 

We are delighted we continue to achieve AA Five Gold Stars with the AA Breakfast Award.  The following is a short summary from the Inspection Report:

“Following this overnight inspection, The Old Town Hall comfortably retains its AA Five Gold Star Guest Accommodation grading together with the AA Breakfast Award. This continues to be a high-quality property where Louise and David's genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality remain at the heart of the guest experience. Their personal approach, combined with consistently high standards of service, immaculate housekeeping and a breakfast offering high-quality & homemade produce, ensures guests enjoy a memorable and thoroughly relaxing stay. The accommodation and facilities continue to be presented in excellent condition, with ongoing preventative maintenance ensuring the property remains firmly in line with Five Gold Star expectations. It was a pleasure to return to The Old Town Hall and to see Louise and David once again maintaining the exceptionally high standards for which the property has become known.
