Our friends, Tim & Kathy bought the cottage a few years ago and have done a superb job transforming it into the perfect cosy country cottage you would expect in Wensleydale in The Yorkshire Dales.  This is a perfect retreat to spend a week walking and exploring around Leyburn in beautiful Wensleydale.

Accommodation

The property has oil fired central heating and comprises:

Ground Floor

Small entrance porch, Lounge/Diner with woodburning stove, TV, DVD and Radio/CD.  Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and washing machine.  Sun Porch ideal for muddy boots, coats and bikes, and Boiler Room.

First Floor

2 Bedrooms and a Bathroom. Bedroom 1 with King Size Bed, Bedroom 2 with Twin beds, Bathroom with shower over bath, WC, wash basin and radiator.

Facilities

Starter pack of fuel for the wood burning stove provided, power, bed linen and towels included.  Travel cot and high chair available.

Miscellaneous

Small paved patio with garden furniture to the rear.  Off road parking space for 1 car at the front of the property and further on street parking on a first come first served basis.  Pets welcome.  Non-smoking throughout.

Price for the Cottage per week  -  From £285.00 to £465.00 depending on season
