Wensleydale and the surrounding dales offer some of the best cycling and walking in England. With stunning scenery and idyllic market towns you will find unforgetable routes and walks for all abilities. The Old Town Hall is perfectly located for walkers with a multitude of public footpaths, the village of Reeth just over the hill and close to The Herriot Way and The Coast to Coast Walks. It is on The Yorkshire Dales Cycle Way and serves as an ideal base for all. We have private parking at the rear, secure storage for cycles and drying facilities for boots and clothing should the weather not be as kind as you hoped. Visitors in the autumn and winter months will benefit from seeing the many waterfalls in the area at their "full" and most spectacular, making the occaisional rain a definite plus.
